Leader of PwC's Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence in Israel

Rafael Maman is an Advisory Partner at PwC Israel. He leads PwC's Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence for critical infrastructure protection and Industrial Control Systems & Operations Technology (ICS/OT) security, dedicated to helping governments and industrial companies around the world manage this critical and complex part of the cybersecurity landscape. Rafael has over 25 years of international experience, having led numerous strategic and operational projects across the digital and information security landscape, with special focus on industrial security, digital supply chain management, digital manufacturing and predictive data analytics. He previously worked for Shell, holding a range of senior positions and leading the development of the company’s digital supply chain management strategy. He subsequently managed PetroQuantum – a strategic consulting firm in the Energy/Oil & Gas sector – and was CEO of Care Dynamics – a digital healthcare technology company. During his career to-date he worked in 7 countries across the globe, including the Netherlands, Singapore, USA and Israel.   Rafael is a member of the Israeli Institute for National Security Studies, and holds a BSc (summa cum laude) in Information Systems Engineering from the faculty of Industrial Engineering at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
