Lucie Krahulcova is an EU Policy Analyst at Access Now, an international non-governmental organisation that defends the digital rights of users at risk around the world. At the Brussels office, her role is to advocate for human rights respecting policies in the digital age at the EU level -- channeling Access Now's global expertise and experience. She is a contributing member of the EU IT Forum, and the Access Now representative to the GCSC Research Advisory Group as well as to the IGF's Best Practices Forum on Cybersecurity. She is the administrator of the Coalition Against Unlawful Surveillance Exports (CAUSE) which is an informal platform for over a dozen NGOs across the globe who advocate for enforcement of human rights standards and safeguards in EU's technology trade. In 2016 and 2017 she provided testimony as a human rights expert at the annual EU Export Controls Forum.
