She managed large projects for the European Commission such as creation of a network of 16 European Information Centers in Poland, “European Public Relations System-grants for media (1,2 mln euro)”; "EU information and Communication Programme“ in Poland (4,5 mln euro) and Bulgaria (2 mln euro), "Harmonization of the Polish law with the Acquis Communautaire". She coordinated 5 EU regional projects for Telecom broadband networks, including Broadband program in Eastern Poland worth EUR 300 million. She organized various EU digital trainings projects as well as grants scheme for digital start-ups and coordinated Seed capital fund (2 mln euro) financing start-ups, between others Cloud platform. She set up Marketplanet-Open Electronic market for Polish Telecom, the first Polish electronic purchase platform. In 1992 she founded a communications agency and sold it to EURO-RSCG. As EURO-RSCG President and CEO, she managed communication campaign of the IPO of the Silesia Bank and ING, advertising campaigns for Danone, Kraft General Foods, France Telecom. She sold her majority stake in EURO-RSCG, while remaining CEO until 1995. Between 1995-1997 she was President and CEO of Business Press Sp. Ltd. publisher of Businessman Magazine, influential Polish business newspaper. She started as Journalist in France writing under name Anna Kashia Natys in Sygma Press Agency, and work for Express, Paris Match, Vogue, Le Monde, VSD and TV production Pont DU Jour during 5 years. Since 1991 she was assigned as EU Communications Advisor to the Polish Minister of Privatization , Janusz Lewandowski, and prepared communications strategy to attract foreign investors to Poland. the Silesia Bank and ING, advertising campaigns for Danone, Kraft General Foods, France Telecom.
