Dr Riley is Senior Fellow the Institute for Statecraft, London, and Non-Resident Senior Fellow, Atlantic Council, Washington DC. He specialises in economic regulation and legal strategy. He has advised governments and corporations on regulatory issues. He also focuses on energy and antitrust regulatory issues. Formerly he held a chair in European commercial law at City University of London.
